Full Journal pdf1995-03-22 House Journal Page 0840 HB 130 The State Affairs Committee submitted a corrected report (page 805) on: HOUSE BILL NO. 130 "An Act relating to agency review of public comment on the adoption, amendment, and repeal of regulations; relating to the examination of proposed regulations, amendments of regulations, and orders repealing regulations by the Administrative Regulation Review Committee and the Department of Law; relating to the submission to, and acceptance by, the lieutenant governor of proposed regulations, amendments of regulations, and orders repealing regulations; and requiring agencies to make certain determinations before adopting regulations, amendments of regulations, or orders repealing regulations." and recommends it be replaced with: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 130(STA) "An Act relating to the examination by the Administrative Regulation Review Committee and the Department of Law of proposed regulations, amendments of regulations, and orders repealing regulations; relating to the submission to, acceptance by, and return by the lieutenant governor of proposed regulations, amendments of regulations, and orders repealing regulations; relating to agency review of public comment on the adoption, 1995-03-22 House Journal Page 0841 HB 130 amendment, and repeal of regulations; and requiring certain agencies to provide examples of compliance methods before adopting regulations, amendments of regulations, or orders repealing regulations."
